My experience began as a child when I prepared mud pies with rocks in them (they were the nuts).One Christmas my parents gave me an Easy-Bake Oven.  Little did I know that would lead to creating towering layers of wedding cakes.  My classes began in 1988 while I was working in the sales and catering department of a local 5-star hotel.   I enjoyed creating unique cakes for each occasion so much that I took all three basic classes and voila...............                         
                               A career was born.

I have been fortunate enough to take some phenomenal lessons from some of the masters such as Ron Ben Israel, Bronwen Weber, Julie Bashore, Mary Ann Moy-Hochstetler  and  Roland and Marsha Winbeckler.  I have also enjoyed the pleasure of meeting Norman Davis,  Mike Terry, Buddy Valastro and Ashley Vicos.  They are all so gifted and it is my goal to continue to pursue lessons from craftsmen of their caliber.   

It is truly a blessing for me to be able to share in the joy that

God showers on brides and grooms.  Not a day goes by that I am not aware of God's presence in this business.  With Him I can accomplish things that I just cannot do alone. This is a dream come true for me and it gives me great joy to be a part of creating special cakes that make lasting memories for my clients.
